For my second artist research assignment i decided to look at the works of Rachel Rossin. What really caught my attention was how abstract and colorful her work was. I am a huge fan of abstract art that involves color. On her main site was an interactive image of pixels that moved according to mouse position. It was very interesting to see how the pixels moved and even the colors that were involved with them. Rossin is very creative with her oil paintings as they sell for thousands of dollars. The meaning of these paintings can be up for interpretation by the viewer. In regards to her installations they also use abstract ideas and colors which are very satisfying to look at. My favorite part about the installations is the way light goes through them and projects a shadow on the floor. I think it is truly amazing to see that abstract works of art can sell for so much money. My idea for project 2 is doing something that involves dogs. Everybody loves dogs and i think it would be cool to have different dog breeds interacting with each other. The reason for this idea is because different dog breeds can live together in harmony and get along; why cant people. (Eliminate racism/inequality) I was thinking of using different items of clothing/bedsheets to hang to be projected on. Can also use bags of food, dog bowls, leashes, etc.

I aint got no F******** time to waste- before i fly away This song is about how i have so much stuff to do in this short period of time i have called life in order to fulfill my purpose. This is my life; seeing music in color, working endless hours to create compositions and teaming up with other artists in order to see my visions come to life. The videos are of the different process i go through when making a song. I have a video of me playing the keyboard to make a beat, editing and layering the sounds together from the melody and the drums/bass/kicks. Then i have different clips of me recording and singing on the microphone whether it be the actual lyrics or just figuring out what to put where. Most recently i haven't been writing anything when creating a song i just get in the booth and sing along with the beat until i find something i feel sounds good. Then i will record accordingly and edit the vocals. I recorded the videos using the Iphone X and used final cut pro to put

I have finally completed my project. I used a lot of color and played the song i made over the weekend in the background. I honestly struggled a little bit with final cut pro in terms of extending the video to the length i wanted and adding credits at the end. But over-all i think the project came out very well.

I have recorded all of my video content. Now i am in the process of putting together my final video. I had a lot of fun recording the videos, as i was actually working on a live project that i am using for my album. I began using Final Cut Pro but i may explore Adobe Premiere as i was having some difficulty.
