Final Project

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kDfX-la-Vk&feature=youtu.be Statement: For this final project i really wanted to try something different; something I've had in mind since we were first introduced to projectors. I wanted to create a simulation of some sort. I decided that a car would be the best bet because the film for it was realistic. I thought it would be really cool to actually build the space in which the simulation was being projected in. For the most part i think i accomplished my goal with this final project. The construction of my car could've gone a little better than anticipated but for the most part i think i did a decent job. I wanted the simplicity of a drive in the projection, not something crazy. It's important to enjoy the little things in life such as driving down the road in beautiful sunny Florida.

Artist Statement

I aint got no F******** time to waste- before i fly away This song is about how i have so much stuff to do in this short period of time i have called life in order to fulfill my purpose. This is my life; seeing music in color, working endless hours to create compositions and teaming up with other artists in order to see my visions come to life. The videos are of the different process i go through when making a song. I have a video of me playing the keyboard to make a beat, editing and layering the sounds together from the melody and the drums/bass/kicks. Then i have different clips of me recording and singing on the microphone whether it be the actual lyrics or just figuring out what to put where. Most recently i haven't been writing anything when creating a song i just get in the booth and sing along with the beat until i find something i feel sounds good. My full name is Matthew Scott Tenenbaum and I am in my senior year of college as a new media production major. I was born on August 10th 1997. I am from Long Island New York and work as a personal trainer/ audio engineer/recording artist. I have done part time work for Atlantic records as an A&R. I belong to Theta Chi Fraternity at UT and came here mostly because of the warm weather. I enjoy helping others and always willing to learn/try new things. I have been in many situations from which I have gained experience that has helped me out a great deal in life. I am a very hard worker and learn quickly when given assistance. As I continue my journey towards graduating from the University of Tampa I hope to keep achieving the goals I set for myself. I will always strive to be the best version of myself even if that means making sacrifices when necessary.
